Meats: Like beef and pork, bacon and sausages.full of nutrients, minerals and vitamins and are known to support healthy digestion. Low carb vegetables: That grow above ground, like zucchini, cauliflower and asparagus and cabbage.This low carb veggies can be easy to prep and will keep for a week in your fridge. Leafy greens: Like lettuce, spinach and kale.Healthy fats: Like coconut oil, olive oil, lard, tallow, ghee, bacon fat, etc.It can be easy to stick with eating healthy if you always have good snacks at your disposal! This is a good way to make sure you have something when you get home from work, or when you wake up in the morning. The more keto friendly food that’s in there, the better. If it’s not there they wont be eating it. If they are not into keto diet, at least keep better choices in the house. Get the family to eat healthier with you. Through each of her posts, I felt 1- that I wanted to be friends with person, and 2- that I could totally do Keto. I came across Julie’s Instagram page and spent a long time scrolling. I was on Instagram just searching for good Keto accounts and testimonials. I knew I needed to change my life and lose weight- but from what I heard about Keto it sounded extreme, intense, and I automatically assumed I would fail before I even started. “When trying to decide if I wanted to start Keto I was COMPLETELY overwhelmed.
